Some members of the Stellenbosch Chess Club joined other Western Cape Chess friends who escaped the cold in the Cape for some warmer weather and even hotter chess in Durban during the holidays. Congratulations to Ulrich Wolff on his bronze medal in the B Section!

Western Cape Schools sent a Team of Under 7 to Under 13’s and the Under 20’s to take part in the SA Open at Glenwood Boys High in Durban. Shannon Neels and Martiens Geyser from Stellenbosch took part in the C Section. Full results for the C Section
