These Bruckner de Villiers players took part in the Stellenbosh Primary School Tournament and took home a hoard of medals. They are: Joshua Jacobs (U12 Gold), Lurieka Lee (U8 Bronze), Houston Wareley (U12 Bronze), Ambro Lee Robertson (U14 Silver) and Jaid Engelbrecht (U14 Silver).

Some of the Stellenbosch Chess Club Juniors took part in the first Mayoral Cup this past weekend. Dawid Nieuwoudt ended 5th in the Open Section, and in the U/10 Section, Christoff Bester came second and Martiens Geyser (aka Jacobus as per Chessa) third. Congrats!
